A. East Side Suites has on-site coin laundry facilities available
24 hours a day. The laundry room is equipped with coin-operated
washers and dryers. Ironing boards and irons are available for use.
Drink and snack machines are located in the laundry area.

Do you have smoke-free rooms?
A. Yes, East Side Suites offers smoke-free rooms. These rooms can
be requested but not guaranteed as part of your reservation. We
will do our best to accommodate your request.

What do you provide in your kitchens?
A. Kitchens are complete with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, utensils, pots and pans,
plates, and glasses for two people.

What is meant by weekly housekeeping?
A. For our weekly guests, we offer weekly housekeeping and towel
service (i.e.: once a week we replenish your towels, vacuum, clean
your bathroom and bedroom area).

What size apartments are available?
A. Both standard suites and executive suites are
available.

Are unfurnished suites available for lease?
A. No. Each suite is beautifully and fully furnished. You may wish
to bring personal items such as desk accessories and family pictures
for lengthy visits.

How can I receive incoming calls?
A. For safety reasons, your room number is not your direct phone
extension. Your direct phone number will be given to you upon check-in.
Please be sure to give this phone extension to anyone you wish to
have call your room.

Do you offer voice mail capabilities?
A. As a guest, you receive free local calls and free voice mail.
Your voice mail can be retrieved from your room or by remote access.
For safety reasons, your room number is not your voice mail extension.
Please be sure to check with the office for your voice mail extension.

A. Our office can assist you with mail delivery, fax service and
copy service should you need it.

What is meant by "high speed Internet Access"?
A. There is a data port provided in each room, which allows for
easy and fast Internet access from your suite and the ability to
be on the telephone while accessing the Internet.

of downtown Lynchburg, River Ridge Mall, Lynchburg Regional Airport

do not offer discounts except for our first-time customer coupon.
Unlike ordinary hotels, we do not have a multiple tier rate structure,
nor do we change our rates based on occupancy at the time you make
your reservation. As a low-cost, high-value provider, we always
position our rates as low as possible. We feel this is a very honest
way of doing business and, ultimately, the best form of discount
available.
